This April, we invite you to move with us for our inaugural national Head and Neck Cancer (HNCA) Move-A-Thon. Help us raise funds and awareness for head and neck cancers by setting a personal "move" goal. Maybe you'll decide to move 68 miles, or for 68 hours in honor of the 68,000 people diagnosed with head and neck cancers every year - or it could be any other goal that you chose! You can make a difference in the lives of cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and families!
Is there something you love to do? You don't need to be an athlete to particpate in our Move-a-Thon. Choose an activity you enjoy! It could be walking, swimming, riding a bike or a horse, knitting, singing, painting, driving, dancing, playing with your kids, walking the dog, pickleball, tennis, golfing, cooking - choose your own adventure!
Lock arms with us to celebrate survivors, give hope to those presently in treatment, and honor those that we have lost. We need your help to advance the work with prevention, detection, treatment, and rehabilitation of oral, head, and neck cancer through public awareness, research, advocacy, and survivorship. All proceeds from this event will go to Head and Neck Cancer Alliance programs, including our Gas Card program, Screening program, Peer to Peer program, Ambassador program, and patient education and research.

Incentive Deadline by March 31
- Team Captain - if your team raises $1,000 you will be entered to win a $100 Visa Gift Card!
- Individuals - raise $250 and you will be entered to win a $100 Visa Gift Card!
Incentive Deadline by April 30
- Individual - raise $500 and receive a custom HNCA Yeti mug
- Individual - raise $1,000 and receive both the Yeti mug and a custom HNCA Yeti lunch bag
